I’m Kimberly – wife to Chance & mom to the three sweetest boys – Hunter, Gage & Beckett! I’m a CPA by day running my own practice serving clients across the US, & Chance is a mechanical engineer at a nuclear power plant. Our family moved home to New Orleans back in 2016. Chance & I met at Auburn University (War Eagle!) and lived in Atlanta for a few years after graduating.
We started this blog because life is crazy with toddlers, infants and full-time working parents; so we wanted to share all of the tips and tricks we’ve learned along the way! We’ve also found some great products that have made life so much easier for us, & we want to share them all!!!
Hunter was recently diagnosed with mild Autism (at the very beginning of the Pandemic nonetheless). It’s been a learning curve for us, and there’s tons to digest. We feel like there’s something new each day. We are striving to give him what he needs daily, but also have a sense of normalcy for his younger brothers. We are so grateful for all of the professional resources to help us navigate this new journey.
We LOVE to travel and are adamant to continue doing so with our kids! We hope to encourage others to do the same and show you that it’s totally possible (dare I even say ‘enjoyable!’). I’m a detail-oriented, logistics person, so we’ll be sharing some of our favorite trips & itineraries. We want to make your life easier!
I’m short (5’1) and petite so finding stylish clothes at reasonable prices that don’t require a million alterations has been my goal in life! Dressing as a mom also brings its own challenges when dealing with client meetings and sticky hands all in the same hour some days!! Chance is the complete opposite at 6’3, and we have to shop special sizes in the other direction for him Haha. We always joke that if I could cut off my extra pants length and give it to him, we’d really have something!
Ever since becoming a mom to 2 boys (now 3!), I knew they would always be wearing matching clothes 🙂 I always find matching clothes for them from the everyday playground look to our Easter Sunday finest. It’s getting a little tougher now with toddler & infant sizing, but I’m up to the challenge 😉
I love all things makeup and beauty and use that as a creative outlet from the daily tax and number grind. I love a good sale, great Amazon prime finds that make life easier and fattening my family up with some great Southern/Italian cooking! Chance loves all things tools, outdoors, and eating 😉
