A Great Valentine’s Day Gift for Kids!

We always like to give our kids a little “thought” on Valentine’s Day 🙂 Usually something small or something that can be an activity to keep them busy! We also have some great baby gift ideas here.

Great gifts for kids for Valentine's day; kinetic sand from Target

This Valentine’s Day is going to be all about the kinetic sand for us!  A friend of ours ran into Target a few days before Christmas to grab one more thing for her 3 year old.  She said it was pretty picked over, and this was the best she could find.  She was astounded at how cool and clean it was & was so excited to show me.  I have to say that, I too, was completely shocked at how much I liked it & how the sand really stayed in the box!  I’m sort of a neat-freak, so I struggle with activities that can even remotely be considered messy.

I knew I had to get the boys some of this, though!!  This truly makes the perfect little Valentine’s Day gift for little ones.  We got this construction set for Gage & the ice cream shop set for Hunter.  You can also buy a refill pack if you need more sand or some gets lost along the way.  There are tons of different types to cater to your kiddos’ interest.

This is great for motor skills, creativity and will surely keep them entertained for hours.  We’ve had it for a week or two & we seriously can’t wait for Valentine’s Day to get here to give it to them!

Here are some different options for kinetic sand packs:

Sand castle

Construction set w/ carry case

Ice cream treats

Refill pack

Colors refill pack

Bake shoppe

Dig & Demolish set

Rainbow mix set

Sandwhirlz w/carry case

Sand castle w/ carry case

Zen Garden — great for older kids & adults!

welcome!

and this is where it all began

As a wife, mom, and business owner, I started this blog as a passion project to share all the things I’ve learned throughout my journey.

To say it’s been a crazy ride would be the understatement of the century, but we have loved sharing our adventures every step of the way.

That’s why I always come back to where it started – this very blog – to continue sharing my tips, tricks, triumphs, and tribulations about all things motherhood, money, business, traveling, and everything in between.

I hope that by sharing these authentic, unfiltered experiences, you can feel seen and heard and learn to embrace the wonder in this messy (but oh, so wonderful) life.
