Special Gifts for Baby’s First Valentine’s Day

Not to be left out, we had to get a little Valentine’s Day gift for sweet Baby Beckett’s First Valentine’s Day!  Yesterday’s post talked about what we’re getting for the big boys, but today we’re sharing what we got for Baby B along with some other great ideas or things we’ve gotten in the past!

personalized paci clip, monogrammed hat, personalized sippy cup, name puzzle

Monogrammed Hat

We bought Beckett this hat with his initial on it.  We had gotten the older boys these for Christmas a few years back.  They have held up really well & are such a classic look.  Time for Baby B to have his matching one for the upcoming spring and summer 🙂

Some other great thoughts for your little one are this personalized pacifier clip, personalized sippy cup, name puzzle and a baby-specific sensory kit.  Obviously, I’m all about the personalized items this year HAHA  These are all from Etsy which is a great opportunity to support other mamas and small businesses!

Pacifier Clip

I love these pacifier clips because they double as a teether.  The little beads are a rubbery type material that our kids love to gnaw on.  They also look really nice when clipped to nicer clothes but are also still very functional.  Plenty of colors to choose from, too!  A few similar options: Silver clip| Wooden Beads

Sippy Cup

We don’t have this personalized sippy cup yet, but I think it will be in Beckett’s Easter basket – just saying 😉  With TONS of colors and font options, these cups are insulated & have a silicone insert to reduce spills.  They hold about 10 ounces which is a good size IMO. Here’s a similar option, too.

Name Puzzles

All three of our boys have name puzzles & they love them!  The two big boys both learned how to spell their names long before age 2 & I’m pretty sure our name puzzles played a big role in that!  What kid doesn’t love seeing their name?!? Here are some other etsy options: Cute backgrounds | Add on an image | Comes with pegs

Sensory Kit

We have 2 other sensory kits from this mama for the big boys.  What I love about this one, though, is that it is specifically geared towards more of the older infant stage versus typical toddler sensory kit.  There’s no play dough, rice or small paper type item in here as we all know infants like to put things in their mouths.  These sensory kits in particular are one of my favorites because the locking mechanism is very sturdy, so it makes it great for travel or staying in the diaper bag! She also has this super cute Valentine’s Day kit, too 🙂

Hope these little ideas spark some inspiration for your Valentine’s Gifts 🙂 You can jump to our kid’s edition here!

welcome!

and this is where it all began

As a wife, mom, and business owner, I started this blog as a passion project to share all the things I’ve learned throughout my journey.

To say it’s been a crazy ride would be the understatement of the century, but we have loved sharing our adventures every step of the way.

That’s why I always come back to where it started – this very blog – to continue sharing my tips, tricks, triumphs, and tribulations about all things motherhood, money, business, traveling, and everything in between.

I hope that by sharing these authentic, unfiltered experiences, you can feel seen and heard and learn to embrace the wonder in this messy (but oh, so wonderful) life.
