Last Minute Mother’s Day Gift Guide

I’m always last minute with Mother’s Day! We’re usually just coming off of tax season (still going on again this year) & end of school is creeping up on us … do you agree that this is just a super busy time of year?!? These things should still get to you by this Sunday & they are my absolute favorites to treat that special mom to!

makeup bags, travel bags, mac eyeshadow, sephora, cleansing balm, elemis, digital camera

Facial rollers really elevate your skincare routine & make a fancy-looking gift 😉 They have this mini version or also a full size.

This mirrorless camera is compact and takes great photos! I can fit mine in my jacket pocket or purse with ease. I can get much better photos of the boys (especially when they never sit still) without having to lug a huge camera around! Trust me, mom will really appreciate this one!!

This is my FAVORITE cleansing balm and makeup remover cloth. Technically the towel removes makeup with just water, but this combo is just top notch. It has completely changed how I feel about cleaning my face!

A silk pillowcase is game-changer for keeping your hair less frizzy while you sleep. And I should know because I move around a ton when I sleep. This pillowcase has been much more gentle on my hair and my face. It pairs super well with this silk eye mask. I love wearing an eye mask to sleep & this one feels luxurious on & comes in tons of pretty, soothing colors.

I don’t have one of these blankets yet, but we actually got one for my mom for Mother’s Day. She is always cold, so I’m hoping she enjoys this splurge we got her. They also have some printed options as well!

For the mom who loves to be in the kitchen – or just happens to be in the kitchen frequently to feed everyone – this pot is a dream. I just cooked in mine last night, and I can’t wait to add another one to my collection (hopefully soon). You can find it at Crate&Barrel with free curbside pickup; still have time for delivery with Williams-Sonoma; or really splurge on this set!

I got these slippers for Christmas last year & they are bomb! Super super soft!!

I’m a very simple jewelry person. It took me awhile to come around to Kendra Scott jewelry & I think it’s because most of my friends were wearing more of the bigger, statement pieces (that looked great on them). That’s not me, but she has some great simple pieces that I have found I love. This necklace, this bracelet and these earrings are my favorites! The stones come in a ton of colors & ship in time for Sunday.

Oh, my hydrating face serum! I just love this stuff. I got a sample in a hydration variety pack from Sephora and legit fell in love!! I got a new big bottle for Christmas & I have no doubt it will last until this Christmas coming when I’ll ask for another one & I use it religiously twice per day even when traveling – totally justifies the price 🙂

I was passing through Macy’s awhile back & stopped at the MAC counter to grab a refill on my fave mascara. I was waiting for some assistance, so of course, started browsing. I saw this eyeshadow palette & knew I had to have it. IT IS GORGEOUS. It’s technically my Mother’s Day gift, but I used it for casual family pictures last weekend (sshhhhhh) & OMG. MUST. HAVE.

These makeup travel bags are so cute & versatile! I’ve had them for a few years now. They have held up really well and the outside wipes down easily. I prefer these to one big bag because it allows me more flexibility when packing plus I can separate things that make more sense to be packed together. A great, inexpensive add on!

welcome!

I'm Kimberly

and this is where it all began

As a wife, mom, and business owner, I started this blog as a passion project to share all the things I’ve learned throughout my journey.

To say it’s been a crazy ride would be the understatement of the century, but we have loved sharing our adventures every step of the way.

That’s why I always come back to where it started – this very blog – to continue sharing my tips, tricks, triumphs, and tribulations about all things motherhood, money, business, traveling, and everything in between.

I hope that by sharing these authentic, unfiltered experiences, you can feel seen and heard and learn to embrace the wonder in this messy (but oh, so wonderful) life.
