The Most Complete Baby Gift Guide

baby gifts, baby toys, learning toys, baby book, my first words, baby bjorn, shape sorter, travel toys, baby einstein

Activity Seat

This is the best thing ever because it’s completely collapsible!  All you need to do is blow it up when you need it.  It allows baby to sit up and play or lean back a little if they don’t fully sit up yet.  The sides sort of keep them upright in a way.  We love this for traveling because it stores in the suitcase super easy!  We use it at home, too; since we can move it all over the house.

Shape Sorter

This is a classic gift that every little one needs!  Not only is it critical for babies to learn shapes and how they fit into spaces, you can also you this toy to practice colors, counting etc.  It’s also available in a 3 piece set that gives you a little more bang for your buck 🙂  We also really like this shape sorter because it’s travel friendly!

Word Book

This book is a favorite in our house.  We love that it’s a large size which makes it easy for a little one to see.  We are not a bilingual household, but we really hope our boys will be; so we try to introduce simple words to them as often as we can in a fun way!

Kick & Play Toy

This particular kick and play toy is great because you can rearrange the setup.  You can have things hanging over the baby to look up, the piano can be kicked in a laying down position or you can move it up to be used in a sitting position. Super colorful, too!

Bouncy Seat

We love this bouncer in particular because it has 3 different height levels and folds up completely flat!  It seems like baby gear just takes over your house, and when you throw that in with two other young kids, there’s just stuff everywhere.  This can be hidden super easily & is also great to take with you in the car.  We love throwing it in the trunk because you just never know when you might need to use it to put the baby down!  Great quality & tons of color options!

DVDs

Okay – I know these seem dated & you’re thinking “I’ll never let my baby watch TV,” but the reality is that your baby will likely have to watch a little bit of tv at some point – especially if they’re a third 😉🤣  It is what it is & I feel so much better knowing that our little one is watching these DVDs that are educational.  All of the boys have loved them & it definitely holds their interest!

Travel Toys

We travel a pretty good bit, but these types of toys are also great if you have long commutes, rides to grandparents’ houses etc!  We have all of these books in small sizes.  They honestly just stay in our diaper bag & we pull them out anytime we need to entertain the kids.  This toy is also super awesome & helps little ones with colors and motor skills.

welcome!

I'm Kimberly

and this is where it all began

As a wife, mom, and business owner, I started this blog as a passion project to share all the things I’ve learned throughout my journey.

To say it’s been a crazy ride would be the understatement of the century, but we have loved sharing our adventures every step of the way.

That’s why I always come back to where it started – this very blog – to continue sharing my tips, tricks, triumphs, and tribulations about all things motherhood, money, business, traveling, and everything in between.

I hope that by sharing these authentic, unfiltered experiences, you can feel seen and heard and learn to embrace the wonder in this messy (but oh, so wonderful) life.
